Chew: Daphne Oz's Superfood Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh fruit
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husks
  • 3 ester-c capsules
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

If you have trouble blending, try adding a little water to thin the smoothie.
