Blue Cheese Steak Topping

Ingredients

• 4 steaks
• 1/4 lb crumbled blue cheese
• 1/4 lb butter softened
• 1/2 lb breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp garlic minced
• 1 tsp cracked black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients
Roll into big log between wax paper and chill until needed
Grill steaks
Rest steaks
Spread mixture on too of steaks and broil until browned
Serve with remainder of butter mixture
