Ingredients

  • enough for 4 loves, dough will last 2 weeks in fridge.
  • 3 cus warm water
  • 1 1/2 Tbs yeast(2 pkts)
  • 1 1/2 Tbs salt
  • 6 1/2 cups AP flour
  • cornmeal for pizza peal

Preparation

Step 1

mix water ( just warmer than body temp) yeast and salt

mix in flour stop when uniformly moist(no need to knead)

sit out for 2 hours cover with clean towel
can bake now or refrigerate over night

if dough has ben in fridge set out at room temp 30 minutes as oven warms( have a glas of wine) place pain of warm water in oven to get crisp crust. bake at 450 on pizza stone 30 minites( have anothe glass of wine).
