Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 2-3 avocados
- 1 cup no fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2-3 tomatoes
- Green onions
- 1 can black olives sliced
- 1/2 - 3/4 pound soya or low fat cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Spread beans on platter
Mix avocado, salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste in food processor
Spread over beans
Blend mayo, yogurt, taco seasoning
Spread over avocado
Layer tomato, onion, olives and cheese
Serve with toasted pita bread
