Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pkg frozen hashbrowns
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tsp. onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except potatoes until smooth. Stir in the hashbrowns. Put into a 9" x 13" pan. Top with a mixture of:
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed cornflakes

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
