Asian Beef Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed

Preparation

Step 1

In a glass bowl, airtight container or blender, combine all ingredients; blend well.
Marinate beef at room temperature for not more than 2 hours, turning occasionally, OR refrigerate overnight.
