Janie's Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dijon
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 12 cups (3 lbs) shredded red cabbage
  • 4 lag carrots
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup minced chives
  • 3/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 cup gold raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Make the dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together mayo, yogurt, mustard, sugar, celery seeds, lemon juice, vinegar and salt and peppe to taste until dressing is combined.
Make coleslaw:
Combine all the rest, toss all together cover and chill 6 hours.
