Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon cooking fat
- 2 teaspoons sage
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about five minutes per side or until no longer pink in the middle. Alternatively, bake at 400F for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
