Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks softened butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 lg can crushed pineapple
  • 3 lg bananas
  • 1 lg tub cool whip
  • 12 maraschino cherries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust & put in fridge.
Beat eggs, powdered sugar, butter & vanilla for 15 minutes. Spread mixture over crust. Spread pineapple (drained) lightly over mixture - place sliced bananas on top. Spoon cool whip on next then cherries and sprinkle 1/2 finely chopped nuts on top.
