Quick Chicken Primavera

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp margarine or butter
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 1 lb), cut crosswise into 1/2 inch strips
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream or milk
  • 1 (16oz) pkg Green Giant Primavera Pasta Accents Frozen Vegetables with Pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add whipping cream and frozen vegetables with pasta. Cover; simmer 4 to 8 minute or until vegetables are crisp tender. Stir before serving.

TIP: One 1b medium sized fresh uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, can be substituted for the chicken.
