Ingredients
- 6 oz Double Cream Blue Cheese - room temp.
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 pinches Ground Cayenne Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1 Mash soften cheese w/ fork in a bowl. Whisk the Cream & Sour Cream into cheese, the consistency should be smooth w/ an occasional small bit of blue.
2 Season w/ salt, pepper, & cayenne pepper.
