Crock Pot Chuck Roast With Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 4 potatoes, cut in chunks
- 3 lbs boneless chuck roast
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
Preparation
Step 1
1 Place vegetables in pot in order given. 2 Place roast on vegetables. 3 Mix remaining ingredients together. 4 Pour over roast. 5 Cook on hi for 5 hours or low for 8 hours. 6 Thicken with a little flour and water if desired.
