Cauilflower - Roasted 'Garlic

  • 6 lbs Cauliflower, cut into 2” wide florets
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Step 1


Preheat oven to 425° F. Toss Cauliflower w/ Oil, Garlic, Salt & Pepper in Lrg. bowl. Spread evenly in 2 shallow baking pans & roast in upper & lower third of oven, stirring occasionally, until golden ~ 25 to 30 mins.
