Ingredients
- 1 c. cold heavy cream
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla

Step 1
Whip the cream in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment (you can also usa a hand mixer). When it starts to thicken, add the sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until firm. Don't overbeat!
