- 3 teaspoon of olive oil divided
- 1 lb of ground sirloin
- 1 teaspoon of course salt
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chile powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 1/2 chicken broth
- 1 cup of water
- 1 can of (28 0z) undrained crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 can (15 0z) black beans rinised and drain
- 1 tablespoon of fresh limb juice

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT 1 TEASPOON OF OIL IN HEAVY DUTCH OVEN OVER MEDIUM HEAT ADD BEEF AND BROWN ABOUT 5 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM PAN USING SLOTTED SPOON TRANSFER TO SMALL BOWL SPINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER
DRAIN LIQUID FRON PAN ADD 2 TEASPOON OF OIL THEN ONION AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFT BUT NOT BROWNED. (5 MINS) ADD GARLIC SAUTE 1 MIN. STIR IN CHILE POWER,CUMIN,OREGANO, CINNAMON COOK 1 MIN.
ADD CHICKEN BROTH WATER, BEEF,TOMTOES,PASTE AND HONEY
REDUCE HEAT TO MED.-LOW SIMMER 1 HR, STIRING OCCASIONALLY
ADD BEANS, LIME JUICE COOK 5 MINTUES.

SHEDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
