Ingredients
- 1 package Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
2. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except the hash browns
3. Place hash browns in a greased 2 quart baking dish
4. Add mixture to hash browns and stir until well mixed.
5. Back at 350 deg F for 45 minutes
