- 1 toasted whole-wheat english muffin
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 cup banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries

Toast a split English muffin. Onto each half, spread peanut butter and top with banana. Eat as an open-faced sandwich with a side of blueberries.
