Banana- Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup sugar divided into 1/4 and 1 cup
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Stir together 1/4 cup sugar, pecans and cinnamon and sprinkle half of the mixture in a well greased 9x13 pan. Beat butter until creamy and add 1 cup sugar, beat 5 minutes. add eggs 1 at a time just until yellow disappears. add banana and sour cream and vanilla. beat on low just until blended. combine flour,powder and soda and salt add to butter mixture. Pour half batter onto prepared pan. sprinkle remaining pecan mixture and top with remaining batter. Bake 45 minutes ir until toothpick comes out clean.
