Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced potato
  • 2 c. water for cooking potatoes
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. yellow/green onion
  • 3 cans creamed corn
  • 2 cans carnation evarotaed milk (whole)
  • 1 pint half and half
  • bacon fried crispy and chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes in water (DO NOT DRAIN) approximately 10 min or until done. Saute' onion and celery in butter. Mix corn, milk, half and half, bacon, salt and pepper and heat but do not boil. Add potatoes with water, onion and celery. Heat together but do not boil. Stir well and if not think enough for you, add another can of creamed corn.
