Baby bok choy with garlic and ginger

  • 2 tsp veg oil
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (1 inch), peeled and sliced
  • 1 lb baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise
  • 3 tbsp water
  • salt

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high. Cook garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add bok choy and water, steam, covered, until tender, 7-8 minutes. Uncover and cook until liquid evaporates. Season with salt.
