Ingredients
- Sauce:
- thin strips chicken cutlets
- bread crumbs (matzah meal)
- garlic
- oregano
- 3 TB chopped garlic
- 1 TB fresh basil
- white onion (slivered)
- 1/4 C Marsala wine
- 2 C chicken stock
- cornstarch ( or potato starch)

Preparation
Step 1
Dip chicken in egg and seasoned bread cumbs (heavily on garlic and oregano).
fry/Bake strips on high heat with lots of oil.
Sautee garlic and onions in little olive oil. Add rest of ingredients (except cornstarch).
Let simmer about 20 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in hot water and add to thicken sauce.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and oregano.
