Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs ground pork
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 6 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. crimini mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup arugula
  • thinly sliced radishes for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

-stir mayonnaise and 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

-mix pork, mushrooms, scallions, soy and hoisin sauces and ginger and make burgers

-cook burgers on grill or stove top

-spread mayo mix on roll or tortilla, then arugula and burger and fan radishes on top of burger.
