Ingredients
- 1 (10oz) pkg Green Giant Niblets Frozen Corn with Butter Sauce
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp margarine or butter
- 1/4 tsp salt, if desired
- 1 1/3 cups Hungry Jack Mashed Potato Flakes (or make some from scratch)
- 2 oz (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook corn according to pkg directions; set aside. In medium saucepan, combine water, milk, margarine and salt. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Add potato flakes (or scratch potatoes) and cheese. Using fork, stir until flakes are moistened. Stir in ccorn.
