Ingredients
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/4 C flour
- 2/3 C lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1/4 C brandy
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, melt butter. Blend in a mixture of flour and sugar. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in brandy. Serve over steamed or baked pudding.
