Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb lean ground beef (10% fat)
- 14 1/2 floz canned unsalted diced tomatoes , drained
- 1 cup fresh chopped onion
- 1 medium garlic cloves , minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano leaves , dried
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp hot red pepper flakes
- 2 cup Pasta, macaroni, whole wheat, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Crumble ground beef into slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 4 hours. Stir in cooked macaroni. Cover and cook on low 1 additional hour.
