Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg. (8 oz) gemelli or spiral pasta
- 1 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 jars (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup medium salsa
- 2 Tbsp. cup 2% milk
- 1 tea. taco seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken, onion, salt and pepper in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in Alfredo sauce; bring to a boil. Stir in cheese, salsa, milk and taco seasoning.
Drain pasta, toss with chicken mixture. Pour into a 8" square baking dish. Cover and bake at 3590 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
