  • 1/2 cup ranch
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Step 1

Preheat to 350 degrees. Toss potatoes, bacon, ranch, and cheese. Bake covered with foil, 40 minutes. Remove foil, bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
