Ingredients
- 6 TB margerine
- 1/2 c Flour
- 2 large chopped onions
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 28 oz chicken stock
- 9-10 large potatoes-peeled and sliced
- black pepper
- papirika
Preparation
Step 1
Spray 9x13 pan
Preheat oven to 350
Melt margerine, add flour to margerine on burner. Add mayo, chicken stock, salt and onions. Cook until it thickens. Mix.
Layer sauce, potatoes, sauce ,potatoes.
Sprinkle papirika and pepper on top.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350.
