Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 sm onion
  • 1/4 C flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 C cream of celery
  • 4 slices american cheese
  • 1 C water
  • 1/2 t cream of tartar

Preparation

Step 1

Put potatoes in water & cream of tartar mixture - drain.
Put potatoes in casserole & put onions, salt & pepper over, add butter.
Pour soup over & add cheese last.
Bake
