Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed
- 1/4 cup red onion - chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon - cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup frozen peas - thawed
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup reduced fat mayonaise
- 1/2 cup sugar or splenda
- 2 Tblsp vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine all salad ingredients
2) Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over salad
3) Chill for 2-3 hours and serve cold
