Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1/4 c shopped parsley
  • 1 T grated Parmesan
  • Red Pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

1) Halve and seed squash. Drizzle with oil and bake at 425 degrees for 40 min.

2) Scrape with fork and toss with 3 T oil and remaining ingredients.
