Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 C packed fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 C fine unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp olive or other vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine turkey, onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg white, oregano and pepper until well mixed.
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, form into 1/2-inch thick patties.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add turkey patties; cook until well browned, about 3 to 5 minutes. Turn; cook until well browned, about 2 to 4 minutes.
