- onions
- colored peppers
- apricot jam
- ketchup
- cornflake crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Bread chicken cutlets in cornflake crumbs and brown.
Sautee onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
Add apricot jam and ketchup.
Add sauce to cutlets and bake in pan for
40 minutes at 350.
