Ingredients

  • 1

    can Cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic Fat free

  • 1

    C Mushrooms,sliced

  • ... ½ C Onions, chopped

  • 1

    Lb Chicken Breast, sliced or cubed

  • ¼-½

    C Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free

  • 1

    C Zucchini, sliced

  • Can add carrots, or other veggies as desired

  • ½

    C fat free sour cream

  • ½

    C Egg Noodles,cooked as per pkg directions

Directions

Directions In a slow cooker, add everything but the noodles, cook 6 hrs on low or 3 hrs on high. Just before done cook noodles. If you don't put veggies in the slow cooker, cook them to serve along with the chicken. Number of Servings: 4
