Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs (with bones)
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 5 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Pan fry both sides of chicken thighs. Spread garlic over each chicken thigh. Bake for 25 minutes.
