Ingredients
- 6 , 1oz squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1 C half and half
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/8 stp salt
- 3 T creme de cacao or coffee-flavoured liqueur
- Angel cake cubes
- Marshmallows
- Fruits
Preparation
Step 1
Place chocolate in slow cooker. Cover and heat on HIGH about 30 minutes or until chocolate melts. Stir in sugar, half-and-half, butter and salt. Cook on HIGH, stirring occasionally 10 - 15 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Add liqueur. Turn to LOW. Sprear coook chunks, mallows or furit with fondue forks and dip.
