Skillet Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked seasoned frozen beef strips, thawed
  • 1 pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Hot cooked egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

1 BROWN beef strips in 1 T. oil in nonstick skillet; cook 1-2 minutes.

2 STIR in cooking sauce and sour cream. Simmer 8 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.

3 SERVE over noodles.
Raw sirloin beef strips? It will take longer...cook until no longer pink.

Top with chopped green onions.
