Slow Cooker Molasses Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 cups dry navy beans; soak overnight or boil one hour
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups water; add more if needed
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 large onion; chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2-3 slices bacon; cut into 1inch pieces

Preparation

Step 1

1.Soak beans overnight, drain, cook until starting to soften.

2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well

3. Cover, cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, stirring occasionally.
