Ingredients

  • 1 TBS salt (sea salt optional)
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 1 TBS culantro (coriander)
  • 1 TBS ground cumin
  • 1 TBS oregano
  • 1 TBS annato (achiote)
  • 1 TBS yeast flakes (optional)

Use equal parts of each in food processor. Blend until powdery.
