Ingredients
- 1 cup Chicken Breast-Cut into Small Pieces
- 2 Tbs Veg. or Peanut oil
- 3 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- 1 ” Grated Fresh Ginger Root
- 1 ea. Orange-Zested
- 1/2 ea. Red Pepper-Diced
- 3 ea. Scallions-Chopped
- 1/2 Head IceBerg Lettuce, Core Removed, Head 1/4
- Salt & Pepper for Taste Hoisin Chinese BBQ Sauce Orange Wedges for Garnishment
Preparation
Step 1
1 Add oil to Hot Pan. Add Chicken to the pan & sear meat by stir-frying for 3 minutes. Add Salt & Pepper to season, then garlic & ginger.
2 Cook a minute more. Grate Zest into pan, add Bell Pepper bits, & scallions. Cook another minute, continuing to stir fry mixture.
3 Add Hoisin Chinese BBQ Sauce & toss to coat mixture evenly.
4 Transfer the hot chopped BBQ chicken to serving platter & pile quartered wedge of lettuce along side or Garnishment
