  • 2 cups brown rice; see below
  • 1 10oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can sweet corn or frozen works great too
  • 1 can black beans; drained and rinsed
  • water or veg broth; see below

THESE DIRECTIONS ARE FOR THE AROMA RICE COOKER.

Using the measuring cup that came with your rice cooker add 2 cups brown rice to rice cooker. Then add water or broth to the appropriate level. Pour in remaining ingredients, stir, then start rice cooker.
