Ingredients
- 2 cups brown rice; see below
- 1 10oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can sweet corn or frozen works great too
- 1 can black beans; drained and rinsed
- water or veg broth; see below

THESE DIRECTIONS ARE FOR THE AROMA RICE COOKER.
Using the measuring cup that came with your rice cooker add 2 cups brown rice to rice cooker. Then add water or broth to the appropriate level. Pour in remaining ingredients, stir, then start rice cooker.
