- 1 lb Mahi Mahi, fresh or frozen
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 2 Garlic cloves - minced

Step 1
Cut fish into 4 serving size portions. Brush both sides of the fish with the olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt n pepper and then rub the garlic on the fish
To grill: arrange the fish on a grill rack or use a grill basket that has been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.
Grill over medium hot coals for 4-6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. If the fish is more than 1 inch thick, gently turn if halfway through grilling
To broil: arrange the fish on the rack of a broiler pan that has been sprayed with an olive oil cooking spray. Broil 4 inches from heat source for 4-6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. If the fish is more than 1 inch thick, gently turn if halfway through broiling
