This tomato basil bisque is so quick, easy and delicious its just perfect for a rainy night.
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 14 1/2 oz can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- 2 1/2 cup butter milk
- 2 tsp fresh copped basil
- 1/2 freshly ground pepper
- Toppings fresh basil, fresh ground pepper and Parmesan cheese
