Napa Salad (Ted Cohen)

Ingredients

  • 1 large napa cabbage or 2 med ones
  • 3-4 green onions
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 pkg slivered almonds
  • 2 pkg ramen noodles
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Saute, 1/2 cup sesame seeds in butter till brown. Take off stove and cool.
Add to Napa, the green onions, 1 pkg slivered almonds, ramen noodles, and cold sesame seeds.
Make the dressing:
oil, sugar, and vinegar.
Pour over right before serving.
