Ingredients

  • PAM no-stick cooking spray
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cans (8 oz. each) Tomato sauce-No Salt Added
  • 1 can (15 oz. each) premium whole black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pork and beans
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. frozen vegetables (your choice)
  • (I doctored this up and used chili powder instead of taco seasoning, salt, pepper and paprika) can also use cumin for more flavor.

Step 1

1. Spray large nonstick saucepan or Dutch oven with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion; cook 5-7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.

2. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 10 minutes or until hot an doubly, stirring occasionally.
