Ingredients
- 12 Jumbo Shrimp - peeled & deveined
- Olive Oil
- 12 Lrg. Sage Leaves
- 12 slices Thin Pancetta
- 12 4" Wooden Party Picks
Preparation
Step 1
1 Place Shrimp on a dish & drizzle w/ a touch of Olive Oil & toss shrimp to caot lightly w/ Oil.
Press Sage Leaves down the back of the shrimp where they have been deveined. Wrap Shrimp w/ 1 slice of Pancetta each & hold in place w/ a toothpick placed lengthwise in Shrimp. Set aside until ready to grill.
2 Grill Shrimp for 3 min. on each side or until Shrimp is pink & just firm & Pancetta is crisp.
3 To pan fry Shrimp, heat a skillet over Med-High to High heat, & sear the Shrimp 3 min. per side.
