Peppermint Chocolate Candy

  • 1 1/2 lbs. white chocolate
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint
  • 2 drops peppermint extract
  • red food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread on buttered jelly roll pan. Refridgerate. Break into pieces when firm. A good way to get rid of left over candy canes.
