Ingredients
- 1 T oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast - cut into strips
- 1 1/2 C water
- 1/3 C teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 2 C minute brown rice , uncooked
- 2 C frozen broccoli florets
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Add chicken; cook & stir 5-7 mins or until cooked through.
Add water, teriyaki sauce & garlic powder; stir.
Bring to a boil
Stir in rice & broccoli; cover.
Reduce heat to low; cook 5 mins.
Let stand 5 mins.
Fluff with fork
