Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 stick of butter
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Mix in brown sugar, vanilla and pecans.
Melt stick of butter on backing sheet.
Spread nut mixture on pan.
Put in oven at 250deg. F for 1 hour.
Flip nuts and leave in for another half hour.
