Broccoli Rabe Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound broccoli rabe
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to boil and add salt, Add Broccoli rabe and cook for about 7 minutes.

Chop garlic finely, add the broccoli, and pine nuts and pulse until finely chopped. Add the mustard and blend well.

Add oil and sprinkle with parme. cheese.
